Copy & Paste

The simplest way to capture and cite information in Verbum is by copying and pasting the text directly into its destination, like a word processing document.

  1. Select some text from a resource. Copy the text by using your keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C in Windows or Cmd+C in macOS) or by clicking Copy in the Selection Menu that appears.

  2. Paste it into the destination. Verbum automatically includes the citation anytime you copy and paste a selection into another application (or even into another location in Verbum, such as a note).
