More Actions Menu

The More Actions Menu, which holds a variety of controls, functions, and options, can be accessed by clicking the vertical kebab icon in the upper-right of any feature panel, as well as at the lower-left or upper-right of your main toolbar (depending on the orientation you've chosen).

More Actions Menu Contents

The More Actions Menu reveals different options depending on the feature. Here are things you may see in the More Actions Menu:

Note: This list is not exhaustive. These are the most common options you may see, but some features have options specific to only them. 

  • Clear all links – Clear Link Sets in all linked panels at once.
  • CloseCmd+W (Mac) or Ctrl+F4 (Windows) – Close the selected resource. Options may also be available to Close this tab, Close other tabs, or Close all tabs. 
  • Copy Location – Opt+Cmd+C (Mac), Ctrl+Alt+C (Windows) – Copy a location to the clipboard.
  • Delete - Delete the current document. 
  • Dock This Panel - Fix the panel to a specific location within your layout. 
  • Duplicate/Duplicate This Panel/Duplicate This TabShift+Cmd+N (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) – Open the resource in a second panel.
  • Enter full screenOpt+Cmd+R (Mac) or F11 (Windows) – Toggle full-screen view on or off.
  • Find (in this panel)Cmd+F (Mac) or Ctrl+F (Windows) – Display a find box in the upper-right of the resource.
  • Float this panelOpt+Cmd+F (Mac) or Ctrl+F11 (Windows) – Open the resource in a floating window. This option is replaced with Dock this PanelOpt+Shift+Cmd+F(Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+F11 (Windows) – if the panel is already floating.
  • Help about this feature – Open Help to the relevant entry.
  • Import - Bring in external content.
  • InformationCmd+Shift+I (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows) – Reveal the information pane for the open resource.
  • Link Set – Link together resources that are indexed by the same data type so they navigate to the same reference at the same time. Learn more about Link Sets here
  • Print/Export Cmd+P (Mac), Ctrl+P (Windows) Open the Print/Export dialog.
  • Undo/Redo - Undo/redo the last action you took in that panel. 
  • Reopen closed tab - Reopen the last panel or tab that you closed.
  • Save as... - Display the relevant options to save the panel content.
  • Send hyperlinks here – Make the resource the default destination for a data type reference.
  • Send searches here - Make the search panel the default destination for searches initiated elsewhere in the app.
  • Share - Display the relevant options to share the panel content.
  • Show help card – Display the help card on that feature. The help card also contains a link to the relevant support article on the Help Center.
  • Text Size Slider – Change the text size. This change will apply to the panel, rather than the resource, so that a named layout containing two panels of the same resource will respect each panel’s set text size.
