If you purchased a subscription for two years, your subscription will automatically renew for one year when your current term ends—not two.
This catches a lot of people off guard, so here's what's happening and what you can do about it.
A two-year subscription is built on an annual subscription. When you selected two years at checkout, Verbum added the extra year at that moment—but the underlying product is still annual. So when auto-renew kicks in, it renews the annual subscription, not the two-year term you originally chose.
You also can't change your term directly from your account page. The account page shows your current subscription but doesn't let you switch from a one-year term to a two-year term. To get two years again, you have to go through the subscription wizard and select the two-year option there.
-
Sign in and go to logos.com/account/subscriptions.
-
Select Manage subscription, then Change plan or term.
-
Select Annual.
-
Check the 24-month box (this is the step most people miss—it doesn't carry over from your previous purchase).
-
Review the pricing details and complete checkout.
Tip
The 24-month option won't be pre-selected, even if you chose it last time. You need to check it each time you go through the wizard.
When you pay for two years at checkout, both years are covered at the price you pay that day. If pricing changes before your second year would otherwise begin, you're already paid up at your original rate.
If you subscribe to Verbum, the path is slightly different. Your account page at verbum.com/account/subscriptions doesn't take you directly into the subscription wizard. Instead, go straight to verbum.com/configure/subscriptions after signing in. From there, select Annual, then check the 24-month box to extend your subscription to two years.
