Difficulty Using or Navigating Books

If you are having difficulty using or navigating specific books, it is likely that you are using outdated versions of those resources. Performing a sync will get them up to date.

Please do the following:

  1. Confirm sure the device is on a solid (and fast) Wi-Fi connection. It is important to use Wi-Fi, and not the data network provided by the devices service provider for your mobile device.

  2. Restart the Logos app.
  3. Press the Menu icon (looks like three horizontal lines) in the lower-right corner of the app. Scroll down to “Sync Your Data” and tap on it. It will start spinning.
  4. Wait until the animation stops before trying to use the App again.
