How to Unsubscribe from Verbum emails?

How to Unsubscribe from Faithlife Email Notifications

You may be receiving emails from Faithlife in addition to the email list notifications you’re subscribed to; notifications from Feedburner, blog comments, Catholic Product forum notifications, or Faithlife notifications. Follow the instructions below to unsubscribe from these emails.

You’ll still receive transactional emails and confirmation emails regarding purchases and important account information.

Feedburner

If you’re subscribed to any RSS feeds, you’ll receive an email every time new content is posted. You may have signed up for updates from any of the following:

• Logos Talk
• Logos Community Pricing
• Logos Pre-Publications
• Logos Press Releases
• Logos Product Reviews
• Morris Proctor's Tips and Tricks
• NT Gateway Blog
• Proclaim Blog

If you’d like to stop receiving updates, unsubscribing is easy:

1. When you receive an email updating you on new content, scroll to the bottom of the email.
2. Click "Unsubscribe now."
3. A window will open that asks you to confirm your unsubscription.
4. Click “Yes, unsubscribe me now.”

Blog Comments

If you’re subscribed to be notified whenever someone interacts with a particular comment on a blog, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:

1. When you receive an email updating you on an interaction on a comment, click the link following “Manage your subscriptions.”
2. You’ll receive an email that links you to a checklist of all the comments you’re subscribed to.
3. Select the comments you would like to unsubscribe from.
4. Select the “Delete” option, and hit the “Update subscriptions” button at the bottom.

Catholic Product Forums

If you use the Catholic Product Forums, you’ll automatically receive emails about interactions on your posts. To turn off these notifications:

1. Go to the forums.
2. Make sure you are signed in to your Verbum account.
3. In the top-right corner next to your name, click “Edit.”
4. Click the button that says “Site Options.”
5. Scroll down to “Email Configuration.”
6. Select “No” for the “Receive emails” option.

Faithlife Notifications

Faithlife will automatically send you updates on your posts, groups, and comments. To stop these notifications:

1. Go to faithlife.com.
2. Make sure you are signed in to your Verbum account.
3. Under your user name in the top-left corner, click “Notifications.”
4. On the right side of the page, click “Notification preferences.”
5. Uncheck any items you wouldn’t like to receive emails about.
